The problem
Many disputes are friendly fraud: the cardholder made the purchase but doesn’t recognise it on a statement. Visa Verifi Order Insight lets an issuer request the merchant’s order details when a cardholder queries a charge, so the question can be answered before it becomes a dispute.

Ownership
The platforms belong to Pagos and were built by its engineering team, which I led. Pagos engaged me full-time, contracted through my company, which also placed one engineer on the team.
